Registration Fee Includes

  • Annual membership to ARDIN (Association for Research in Digital Interactive Narratives)
  • Access to all conference academic tracks, workshops, Doctoral Consortium, and Art Exhibition
  • Participation according to category: On-site (physical attendance at Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok) or Online

  • Please select the correct tier based on the country of your affiliation, not your country of origin.
  • Ensure your bank or credit card supports international transactions in Euros (€).
  • On-site registration signifies physical attendance at Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased during registration (extra guest tickets available).

Additional Costs & Presentation Services

Conference Dinner (Optional)
€ 45 per ticket (available for attendees and additional guests).
Poster Printing for Late Breaking Work

The conference organization will provide complimentary poster printing services for accepted Late Breaking Work presentations. Authors wishing to utilize this service must submit their print-ready files no later than November 23, 2026 (one week prior to the conference). Submissions received after this date cannot be printed by the organizers, and authors will be responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the venue.
